I purchased something and it is not showing in my RPM dashboard. What do I do?

Usually, this happens when a member didn’t follow James’ instructions to use the same email address for RPM as you do for Warrior Plus.

If you use the same email for both the system will automatically add any of your purchases to your RPM account under Training.

To rectify this Customer Support(CS) will need to have both email addresses so that they can check the purchase and then manually add your purchases to your RPM account.
