Why do I keep getting emails saying I have made sales with Warrior Plus but my commissions is $0.00 (they bought FREE RPM)

The RPM system is free to join.

However, in Warriorplus even free signups show as sales. These are not sales, but regular signups and no commission is paid on a free signup.
